Fitness Level Substitution: Banded Pull-ups OR Ring Rows
Spend some time today and find the most pull-ups you can do in a row without dropping off the bar. Scale with a band as needed. This will allow you to look back at how many pull-ups you did with what band in the future and see your improvement. If you are using a band, try and pick a resistance that will allow you to get at least 10 in a row. Post your max pull-ups to comments.

Perform 5 rounds of double unders then sit-ups as fast as you can. The first round you will do 50 double unders and then 50 sit-ups, then 40 of each, 30 of each, 20 of each, and, finally, 10 of each. Post your time to comments.
