Tabata Something Else is a classic CrossFit WOD. It is 4 Tabata work-outs in a row with only the 10 seconds of rest between each one. You will do 8 rounds of pull-ups then 8 rounds of push-ups, then 8 rounds of sit-ups, and then 8 rounds of squats. Do as many pull-ups as you can in 20 seconds and then rest 10 seconds. Repeat this for a total of 8 rounds and then immediately move into doing the same 8 rounds with each of the other movements. Post the lowest number of reps completed for each movement to comments.
